Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager (non food) to oversee the procurement of non-food items and packaging materials. The ideal candidate should have strong vendor management skills, expertise in strategic sourcing, cost optimization, and inventory planning while ensuring timely procurement and quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement of non-food items, packaging materials, and consumables
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and supply continuity
- Ensure timely procurement to support business operations and avoid stock shortages
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores and operations for demand planning




- Evaluate supplier performance and onboard new vendors as required
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and documentation
- Prepare purchase reports, MIS, and procurement analytics for management review
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support current product launches and operational requirements
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes and vendor management

Key Requirements

- Graduate/Postgraduate with 8-12 years of experience in Procurement/Purchase
- Mandatory experience in Non-Food and Packaging procurement, preferably in the hospitality and QSR industry
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel
