Company Description Accrete Electromech specializes manufacturing of precision tubular and sheet metal components. Accrete has been operating in this field since last 30 years and serves industries such as Automotive, Oil & Gas, Agriculture & Appliances.

Role Description The Purchasing Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities for raw materials, BOM & Non BOM items. This role involves identifying and qualifying suppliers, obtaining and evaluating quotations, negotiating prices and terms, and issuing purchase orders in line with production and project requirements.

The Purchasing

Manager will monitor supplier performance, ensure on-time delivery, and coordinate with production, quality, and design teams to maintain continuity of supply and adherence to specifications. Daily responsibilities include maintaining purchasing records, optimizing inventory levels, tracking costs against budgets, and supporting cost-reduction initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in procurement and vendor management, including supplier selection, negotiation,



and performance monitoring.
- Experience with inventory management, materials planning, and cost control in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of precision tubes, sheet metal, fabrication processes, and familiarity with automotive or appliance OEM requirements.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
- Proficiency in ERP, MS Excel, and data analysis for tracking orders, costs, and supplier metrics.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills for working with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on timely delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field; relevant purchasing or supply chain certifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience as a Purchasing Manager or in a similar procurement role within manufacturing is highly preferred.
