Key Responsibilities

- Vendor Site Visits: Travel to supplier facilities, warehouses, and manufacturing plants to ensure quality control standards.

- Market Surveys: Conduct on-ground market research to identify new raw material sources, compare local pricing trends, and discover cost-effective alternatives.

- Physical Inspection: Inspect delivered goods, raw materials, or equipment directly at vendor yards or company receiving docks before final dispatch or sign-off.

- Dispute Resolution: Visit vendor sites to resolve delivery delays, rejected shipments, or specification mismatches in person.

Vendor Management & Procurement

- Supplier Evaluation: Source and onboard recent local and outstation vendors based on pricing, reliability, and quality compliance.

- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate competitive pricing, favorable credit terms, delivery schedules, and Service Level Agreements.

- Performance Tracking: Monitor vendor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Relationship Building: Maintain transparent and professional relationships with key suppliers to ensure uninterrupted operational supply.

Purchasing & Inventory Control

- Purchase Orders: Generate accurate Purchase Orders (POs) and track order status until final delivery.

- Stock Monitoring: Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages.

- Documentation: Maintain clean records of purchases, supplier contracts, inspection logs, and invoice approvals for audit readiness.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
