We are looking for a young, energetic, and responsible Purchase Executive to manage purchasing, vendor coordination, and inward material quality for our growing dried flower business. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and source current suppliers and vendors for products and raw materials. Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines with suppliers.

Place purchase orders and coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries. Inspect incoming materials and ensure quality, quantity, and specifications. Verify GST invoices, purchase bills, and related documentation.

Maintain purchase records, vendor details, and inward stock entries. Coordinate with the accounts and warehouse teams for purchases and payments. RequirementsGood negotiation and communication skills. Basic knowledge of Excel, GST invoices, and purchase documentation.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.

Experience in purchasing, sourcing, or vendor management preferred. Freshers with good communication and negotiation skills may also apply.
