Key Responsibilities

- Procure electrical items including switchgear, wires, cables, connectors, terminals, MCBs, contactors, SMPS and other electrical components.

- Procure mechanical items including sheet metal, hardware, fasteners, enclosures and fabricated parts.

- Coordinate with vendors for MS panel fabrication, sheet metal fabrication, machining and other outsourced jobs.

- Source and develop new vendors and alternate suppliers.

- Negotiate pricing, MOQ, lead time and payment terms.

- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Stores and Quality teams for material requirements.

- Track purchase orders and ensure timely material availability.

- Resolve vendor quality, shortage and delivery issues.

- Identify cost-reduction opportunities and alternate sources.





- Maintain purchase records and ERP updates.

Requirements

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or related field.

- 2–5 years of experience in purchase/procurement.

- Positive understanding of electrical and mechanical components.

- Strong vendor negotiation, follow-up and coordination skills.

- Good Excel and ERP knowledge; Odoo experience preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
