Job Summary

We are looking for a Purchase Executive / Purchase Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in purchase and procurement, preferably from an Electrical, Electronics, or Manufacturing company.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, vendor development, quotation comparison, price negotiation, purchase order processing, supplier follow-up, and ensuring timely availability of materials as per production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day purchase and procurement activities for electrical, electronic, engineering materials, raw materials, and consumables.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Source electrical and electronic components, engineering items, raw materials, and other materials as per company requirements.
- Obtain and compare quotations from multiple suppliers and prepare price comparison statements.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, quality requirements,



and other commercial terms with suppliers.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Follow up with suppliers on pending orders, delivery schedules, and commitments.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality Control, R&D;, Accounts, and other departments for procurement requirements.
- Understand technical specifications, drawings, BOMs, and material requirements before placing orders.
- Monitor supplier performance with respect to quality, cost, delivery, and service.
