Job Summary

Shivatrade Impex Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Purchase Executive with experience in the FMCG industry to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, purchase orders, and inventory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end purchasing and procurement activities for FMCG products.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, accounts, and internal departments.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure the availability of required materials.
- Maintain purchase records, supplier databases, and procurement documentation.




- Track market trends and pricing to support cost-effective purchasing.
- Ensure product quality and compliance with company requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Solid knowledge of vendor management, negotiation, and purchase documentation.
- Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple purchasing activities.

Preferred Industry Experience FMCG, food products, consumer goods, food distribution, and general trading companies.
