Job Summary We are looking for a Purchase Executive to handle procurement activities for machine spares, consumables, electrical items, engineering components and maintenance-related materials in a rigid plastic blow moulding manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Procure machine spares, electrical items, pneumatic/hydraulic components and maintenance consumables.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance and Stores teams for material requirements.
- Identify and develop new vendors and alternate sources.
- Obtain and compare quotations and negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
- Evaluate vendors based on quality, cost, delivery and service.
- Prepare and release Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely execution.
- Follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery and resolve supply-related issues.
- Coordinate with Stores,



Quality, Accounts and Logistics for smooth material receipt and payment processing.
- Maintain vendor records, purchase reports, pending PO status and procurement MIS.
- Monitor critical spare inventory and reorder levels.
- Support cost-saving initiatives and procurement efficiency.

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement, preferably in Plastic Manufacturing / Blow Moulding.
- Knowledge of machine spares, engineering items and maintenance consumables.
- Strong vendor management, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace.
