Role Description The Purchase Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai.

The Purchase

Executive will manage end-to-end procurement activities,



including processing purchase requisitions, preparing and tracking purchase orders, and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing requirements from project and design teams, obtaining and comparing quotations, negotiating prices and terms, and maintaining accurate purchasing records. The role also involves monitoring inventory levels, supporting budget adherence for projects, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to align purchases with technical specifications and quality standards.

The Purchase

Executive will contribute to improving purchasing efficiency, minimizing risks related to supply and costs, and supporting smooth execution of interior turnkey projects.
