Purchase / Inventory Executive Experience: 1–5 Years Employment Type: Full time Department: Purchase / Procurement : We are looking for an experienced Purchase Executive to manage purchasing activities, inventory, and store operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely procurement of materials, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain purchase records. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of required materials. Manage inward and outward movement of materials in the store.

Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular physical stock verification. Coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules, quality, and material shortages. Ensure proper storage, handling,



and organization of materials.

Maintain purchase, inventory, and store-related documentation. Coordinate with accounts and other departments for invoices, payments, and material requirements. Monitor stock discrepancies and take corrective action when required.

Requirements: 1–5 years of experience in Purchase, Inventory Management, or Store Management . Good knowledge of procurement and inventory processes. Strong vendor coordination and negotiation skills. Good communication and documentation skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Tally Prime ,ERP ,inventory/purchase software. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
