Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day purchase activities for solar projects and business requirements. Source and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers. Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate commercial terms.

Prepare and process purchase orders as per approved requirements. Coordinate with vendors regarding material availability, pricing, quality, and delivery timelines. Maintain proper records of purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and vendor documents.

Coordinate with the accounts, warehouse, project, and sales teams for procurement requirements. Track pending orders and ensure timely delivery of materials. Follow up with vendors for order status, dispatches, and delivery schedules.

Support vendor development and maintain valuable supplier relationships.



Ensure purchases are made as per required specifications and company standards.

Requirements 1–3 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement , preferably in the solar industry . Graduation in Electrical Engineering is preferred . Basic understanding of solar products, components, and electrical materials will be an advantage. Good negotiation, vendor management, and follow-up skills. Good communication and coordination skills. Knowledge of ERP software and purchase documentation. Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements and work within deadlines.
