Key Responsibilitie

- Issue RFQs and obtain/follow up quotations.

- Identify and coordinate with industrial vendors.

- Prepare quotation and commercial comparison statements.

- Follow up technical/commercial clarifications and support negotiations.

- Coordinate purchase-order documentation.

- Maintain open-PO and delivery tracker.

- Follow up equipment, spares and material deliveries.

- Coordinate vendor drawings, documents and dispatch information. Maintain vendor database and procurement records.

Preferred Profile: Experience in procurement of engineering equipment, mechanical/electrical spares, instrumentation, chemicals or process-plant requirements preferred.

The candidate stationed in Mumabi will be required to travel to Dahej and other plant/project locations as an when required.
