Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for purchasing raw materials, equipment, office supplies, and other items required by the company.

- Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery timelines, and reliability.

- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.

- Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.

- Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements.

- Maintain proper records of purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and supplier documentation.

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure uninterrupted material availability.

Candidate Preference

- Candidates with knowledge or experience in the precision machinery industry will be preferred.

- Candidates familiar with CNC machining, CNC machines, and machining processes will have an added advantage.

- Valuable knowledge of procurement processes,



vendor management, and supply chain operations is preferred.
