Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and well-connected Public Relations Officer (PRO) to build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, patients, local businesses, institutions, and the community.

The PRO will be responsible for increasing awareness of our healthcare services, developing referral relationships, coordinating meetings, and supporting patient and business outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics and healthcare professionals.
- Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centres and other healthcare organizations regularly.
- Develop referral and qualified networking opportunities.
- Promote healthcare services, facilities, health camps and awareness programs.
- Coordinate with doctors and healthcare teams for meetings, events and programs.
- Develop relationships with corporates, schools, colleges, coaching institutes and local organizations for healthcare activities.




- Assist in organizing health camps, medical awareness programs and community events.
- Handle communication with patients, visitors and external stakeholders professionally.
- Collect market feedback regarding healthcare requirements, competitors and local demand.
- Generate leads and support patient acquisition/business development activities.
- Maintain a database of doctors, institutions, organizations and business contacts.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports of visits, meetings, leads and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the marketing and digital marketing team for promotional activities.
- Represent the organization professionally at meetings, conferences and public events.

Location: Kota, Rajasthan Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
