Role Description The Public Relations Intern will support the agency’s PR efforts for personal brand clients in a full-time, on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with the drafting and editing of press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials, as well as conducting research on industry trends, target audiences, and media outlets. The intern will help maintain media lists, track coverage, and support outreach efforts to journalists, influencers, and other stakeholders.

Additional tasks may include contributing to strategic communication plans, preparing briefing documents,



and supporting campaign reporting and documentation. The role offers hands-on experience working closely with the PR team to execute campaigns that enhance brand visibility and reputation.

Qualifications

- Ability to draft and refine PR content, including press releases and basic media-ready materials.
- Foundational knowledge of public relations and strategic communications, with interest in brand positioning and reputation management.
- Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, and ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Interest or experience in media relations, including researching relevant outlets and understanding how to engage journalists and online platforms.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Robust organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., email, document editors, spreadsheets) and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset for working with diverse teams and clients.
