We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to manage and supervise daily footwear production activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Daily production planning and monitoring
- Supervise workers and production activities
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time
- Maintain quality standards and reduce production wastage
- Coordinate with Production Manager, Store and other departments
- Monitor work-in-progress and production stages
- Maintain daily production records and reports
- Ensure discipline and proper utilization of manpower

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in footwear manufacturing
- Knowledge of footwear production processes preferred
- Valuable manpower handling and supervision skills
- Basic knowledge of production reporting and Excel
- Candidates from Jaipur/local area will be given preference

Salary: ₹15,000–20,000 per month Job Type: Full-time

Preferred Candidate: Immediate Joiner / Local Jaipur Candidate

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
