The Role

We are looking for a Psychologist who can provide professional, empathetic and evidence-informed psychological support to individuals through online sessions.

The role will involve working directly with clients, understanding their concerns, helping them build practical coping mechanisms, and supporting their overall emotional wellbeing.

You will also contribute to building a high-quality mental wellness experience as Soul+ grows.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct individual psychological counselling sessions through the Soul+ platform.
- Understand clients' emotional, behavioural and psychological concerns through structured conversations and assessments.




- Provide evidence-informed interventions appropriate to the client's needs and scope of practice.
- Support clients dealing with concerns such as stress, anxiety, relationships, burnout, self-esteem, grief, parenting and personal growth.
- Maintain accurate and confidential session records.
- Follow professional ethics, confidentiality and informed-consent practices.
- Identify situations requiring referral to a psychiatrist, clinical psychologist, medical professional or other specialist.
- Use appropriate screening and assessment tools where relevant.
- Develop a strong therapeutic rapport while maintaining professional boundaries.
- Participate in Soul+ programs, assessments and wellness initiatives where relevant.
- Collaborate with the Soul+ team to continuously improve the client experience.

What We're Looking For

- Master's degree in Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Counselling Psychology or a relevant discipline.
- Relevant professional registration, certification or credentials as applicable to your area of practice.
- Prior experience in counselling, therapy or psychological support.
- Strong communication and active-listening skills.
- Ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds.




- Comfortable conducting sessions digitally.
- Strong understanding of professional ethics, confidentiality and boundaries.
- Empathetic, non-judgmental and client-centred approach.
- Ability to recognise when a client's needs fall outside your scope of practice and make appropriate referrals.

Good to Have

- Experience with online counselling platforms.
- Experience working with young adults, working professionals, couples, parents or adolescents.
- Training in evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Experience with psychological assessments or wellness programs.
- Interest in mental wellness, preventive mental healthcare and digital health.

Salary:

Market-competitive salary based on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
