Role Description The Psychologist role at Stay Unfiltered is a full-time, remote position focused on delivering high-quality mental health services to professionals, teams, and organizations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting individual and group sessions, performing psychological assessments, and providing evidence-based counseling and interventions tailored to workplace and performance-related challenges. The Psychologist will collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine programs, workshops, and tools that promote sustainable mental well-being.

Additional tasks include maintaining accurate documentation, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards,



and contributing to content or training materials that support mental health education and awareness. This role requires proactive communication in a virtual environment and a commitment to accessible, stigma-free mental health care.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with demonstrated ability to apply theory to practical, workplace-focused interventions.
- Experience in Counseling, including individual and group work, with skills in building rapport and facilitating real, unfiltered conversations.
- Proficiency in Psychological Assessment, including the selection, administration, and interpretation of appropriate tools.
- Relevant background in Medicine or behavioral health disciplines that supports integrated, holistic care (e.g., psychiatry collaboration or multidisciplinary teams).
- Advanced degree in Psychology or related field (e.g., Clinical, Counseling, Organizational) and appropriate licensure or eligibility for licensure in relevant jurisdictions.
- Experience working remotely, with strong time management, digital communication, and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with workplace mental health, burnout prevention, and performance coaching is highly beneficial.
- Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practice and comfort working with diverse populations and organizational cultures.
