Proposal Writer - Lead

Preferred candidate profile

- Preparation of proposals and budgets for clinical trials for phase I to Phase IV studies.
- Coordinate with Feasibility Team, Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Medical Writing, and Finance teams to gather inputs and ensure accuracy.
- Review and approve team members budget and proposal
- Review and assign task to team members
- Ensure proposals align with regulatory requirements, including ICH-GCP, local regulations, and sponsor expectations.
- Review RFPs/RFIs and assess feasibility and resource needs for each proposal.
- Maintain version control and proposal documentation for audit and quality assurance purposes.
- Support contract and budget negotiations as needed with input from the legal and finance teams.
- Track submitted proposals and maintain records of outcomes for continuous improvement.
- Preparations of agreements for all kind of studies.
- Communicate with sponsor when & where required.
- Communicate with third party to get costing for some services.
- Keep CRM updated as require
- Monthly preparation of quarterly projection through CRM.
- Provide end to end support for Business Development
- Any other work assigned to support the team
