Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Specialist who will be responsible for scouting commercial office space properties/ Residential Properties on a daily basis, maintaining updated inventory records, and driving business development initiatives by bringing new data, leads, and potential opportunities to the company.

Responsibilities

- Property Scouting & Market Survey

- Conduct daily field visits to identify available commercial office spaces/ Residential Properties
- Build relationships with property owners and developers.
- Collect detailed information on property size, pricing, location, amenities, and availability.
- Track competitor properties and market trends.

2. Inventory Management:
- Prepare and maintain a structured inventory list of commercial properties/Residential Properties
- Update property database regularly with accurate and verified information.
- Share weekly/monthly property availability reports with the reporting manager.

3. Business Development:
- Identify and generate recent business opportunities through field visits and market networking.




- Collect and maintain relevant company data and potential client leads.
- Assist in client site visits and property presentations when required.

4. Data & Reporting:
- Maintain proper documentation of all scouted properties and client interactions.
- Submit daily activity reports and weekly performance updates.
- Ensure all data is organized, updated, and accessible for business use.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- 1-3+ years of experience in Business Development, Real Estate, or Property Sourcing (preferred).
- Strong field networking.
- Good knowledge of commercial real estate market.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred for field visits).

Additional Details

- Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Working Days: 5.5 days (2nd, 4th Saturday & Sunday will be weekly offs).
- Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office)
