We are looking for a responsible and active Property Manager to manage and coordinate the day-to-day requirements of approximately 150 residential units under our group landlords. The role involves regular property visits, tenant coordination, maintenance supervision, and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly visit properties and conduct property inspections.
- Monitor the condition of properties and identify maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with tenants regarding property-related concerns and requirements.
- Handle tenant complaints and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repair activities.
- Coordinate with plumbers, electricians, technicians, housekeeping teams, and other vendors.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure work is completed on time and properly.
- Maintain records of property inspections, maintenance activities, and tenant issues.
- Report major property-related issues to the management.
- Ensure properties are properly maintained and issues are addressed promptly.
Eligibility Qualification: Civil Engineering students / candidates with a Civil Engineering background.
Additional Qualification: Facility Management course/certification will be an advantage.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge and willingness to work in the field are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of property maintenance and facilities management.

Allowance
- Travel allowance will be provided for field visits.
