About the Role

BM Stays, a hospitality division of BookingMate, is looking for a responsible, friendly and proactive Property Caretaker & Guest Relations Associate to manage the day-to-day operations of our serviced villa.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out.
- Handle guest enquiries through WhatsApp, phone and BookingMate.
- Assist with booking enquiries and follow-ups.
- Inspect the villa before guest arrival and after checkout.
- Coordinate housekeeping, linen, laundry and guest supplies.
- Ensure rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and common areas are clean and guest-ready.
- Check basic facilities such as AC, Wi-Fi, lights, water and appliances.
- Coordinate basic maintenance and external service providers when required.
- Assist guests during their stay and maintain a high standard of guest service.
- Maintain the property and surroundings in good condition.
- Report any damage, maintenance issues or guest concerns to management.
- Wear the BM Stays uniform and maintain professional standards.

Requirements




- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Friendly, polite and customer-focused.
- Basic smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Responsible, trustworthy and proactive.
- Positive attention to cleanliness and property condition.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Previous hospitality/property management experience is an advantage.
- Freshers with the right attitude are welcome to apply.
- Two-wheeler licence is an advantage.

Local Candidates Preferred Candidates from Thalikulam, Vatanappally, Valapad, Nattika, Triprayar and nearby areas will be preferred.

The candidate should be able to travel to the villa regularly and be flexible with guest check-in/check-out timings.

Working Hours

Full-time, on-site position. Working hours may vary depending on guest bookings and check-in/check-out schedules. Weekend and holiday work may be required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
