Role & responsibility:

- Proposal &
- Tendering Management:

Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for various projects including Effluent Treatment Plants (ETPs), Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs), Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems, and Water Treatment Plants (WTPs).

- Design and Engineering Oversight: Guide and review the design and engineering teams on process design (PFD, P&ID;), equipment sizing, hydraulics, and general arrangement drawings.

- Cost Estimation &

- Optimization:

Perform detailed cost estimations, negotiate with vendors, source alternate technologies, and optimize costs while maintaining quality standards.

- Project Execution &

- Planning:

Oversee project planning and execution, providing technical support and ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements and safety regulations at each site.

- Client &

- Stakeholder Management:

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients and consultants (e.g., TCE, Fichtner), present proposals, and manage client expectations.

- Business Development Support:



Work closely with sales and marketing teams on lead generation, bid preparation, and developing market penetration strategies for complex turnkey/EPC projects.

- Compliance &

- Quality Assurance:

Ensure all proposals and project execution plans comply with industry standards, environmental regulations (SPCB/CPCB/MOEF), and company quality assurance plans.

- Team Leadership: Mentor junior staff, coordinate with inter-company departments, and manage manpower and resources effectively.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications

- Technical Expertise: Sound knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and technologies such as ASP, MBBR, MBR, SBR, ZLD, RO, and UF.

- Project Management Skills: Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, billing, and using relevant software like AutoCAD and MS Project.

- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with government tendering processes and environmental compliance procedures in the region.
