- Supervise day-to-day solar installation and project activities at site.

- Coordinate with technicians, electricians, engineers, and project teams.

- Monitor installation work as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

- Ensure proper installation of solar panels, inverters, structures, cables, earthing, and related equipment.

- Plan manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for each project.

- Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress.

- Coordinate with customers and resolve site-related issues.

- Ensure proper material handling and minimize material wastage.

- Check the quality of installation and ensure timely completion.

- Coordinate with KSEB/MNRE-related requirements when required.

- Prepare daily/weekly project progress reports.

- Maintain proper documentation, photographs, and site records.

- Identify and report technical or operational issues to the Project Manager/Management.

- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures at all project sites.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
