Position: Project Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Visit active and under- construction project sites, waterproofing applicators to find new sales opportunities.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build solid working relationships with contractors, builders, architects,



consultants and applicators.

Technical Support: Conduct site inspections, offer basic technical advice, and arrange product sampling or demonstrations.

Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals by converting leads and securing product listings (BOQ additions).

Dealer & Channel Network: Manage local hardware or paint dealers and expand the distribution network.

Qualification & Requirements:

Education: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, or a Business/Management field (BBA/MBA)

Experience: Min 3 to 4 years of fields sales or project sale experience, in construction chemicals, paints, or building materials.

Skills: Strong communication, local language fluency, basic negotiation skills and comfort with field travel.

Travel requirements: Owning a two-wheeler with a valid license in typically mandatory for daily local site visits.
