ProGrow International is seeking a Project & Market Analyst to provide high-quality research, analysis and strategic intelligence across the Group's projects, sectors and international markets.
The analyst will work closely with senior leadership and project teams to evaluate new opportunities and prepare decision-ready reports on countries, sectors, companies and individual projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed country, market, sector and industry research.
- Analyse current projects and investment opportunities across infrastructure, mining and critical minerals, financial services, technology, biotechnology and other strategic sectors.
- Prepare feasibility assessments, market-entry studies, opportunity reports and strategic briefs.
- Analyse market size, competitive landscape, regulatory environment and industry trends.
- Research government policies, incentives, regulations and investment frameworks across jurisdictions.
- Conduct company,
partner and counterparty research.
- Build project and market databases and track relevant developments.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations and briefing documents for senior management and the Board.
- Convert complex information into concise, decision-oriented recommendations and insights.
- Support project teams with ongoing research throughout project development and execution.
Ideal Candidate
- 3–5 years of experience in consulting, market research, strategy, investment research, project advisory or a similar analytical role.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities.
- Excellent report-writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyse unfamiliar sectors and markets quickly.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with international or emerging markets is preferred.
