Role & responsibilities

- 1-3 years Experience preferably in an Architects office or Quantity Survey
- Strong skills in BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs, with the ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Proficiency in cost control and cost management, ensuring projects remain within approved budgets.
- Preparation of overall Project Budget and Costing
- Preparing PERT CHARTS and follow up on the same
- BILL CHECKING AND CERTIFICATION for Architectural and Interior related works
- Preparation of COMPARITIVE STATEMENTS based on Tenders received
- VENDOR CO-ORDINATION
- CLIENT INTERACTION
- Preparation of CAD Drawings, Shop Drawings.
- Ordering of Cash and Carry Items such as TILES, SANITARY FIXTURES, LIGHT FIXTURES, FURNITURE etc.
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, B.Arch or a related field.




- Familiarity with relevant estimation software and MS Excel, CAD, MS PROJECT, SKETCHUP along with strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams in office.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Preferred candidate profile Graduate or Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering, Architecture with good knowledge of MS OFFICE and CAD softwares. With prior experience in Quantity Survey, Project Management and Tendering.
