Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Project Manager to lead transformation, transition, automation, and business improvement initiatives. The role involves managing end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder engagement, governance, risk management, and ensuring successful execution of strategic programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects from initiation through closure.
- Develop and track project plans, milestones, RAID logs, and dashboards.
- Drive transformation, process improvement, and automation initiatives.
- Coordinate with business, operations, technology, and third-party stakeholders.
- Manage project governance, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Prepare executive status reports and leadership presentations.
- Support change management and advantages realization activities.
- Ensure timely delivery within agreed scope,



quality, and budget.

Experience & Qualifications

- 8–12 years of experience with 5 years in Project Management.
- Proven experience delivering transformation or strategic initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with global clients preferred.
- Exposure to Operations, BPS/BPO, Shared Services, Managed Services, or Digital Transformation environments is desirable.

Preferred Certifications

- PMP / PRINCE2
- Agile / Scrum / SAFe
- Lean Six Sigma
- AI or Digital Transformation certifications (desirable)
