Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of experience to plan, manage, and deliver projects successfully. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, team management, client coordination, cost control, quality, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects from planning through completion and handover.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, manpower plans, and execution strategies.
- Lead and coordinate project teams, contractors, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress against timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients and provide regular project status updates.
- Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and take corrective action.
- Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for projects.
- Control project costs and monitor expenses against the approved budget.
- Conduct regular site/project meetings and prepare progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Review project drawings, specifications, work schedules, and technical documentation.
- Resolve coordination issues between internal teams, clients,



consultants, and vendors.
- Maintain proper project documentation and records.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to required quality standards.
- Manage final inspection, commissioning, documentation, and project handover.

Qualification
- Degree/Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in a relevant field.
- 10+ years of relevant project management experience.
- Experience managing teams, vendors, contractors, budgets, and project schedules.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with strong experience in project execution, team management, client coordination, cost control, and end-to-end project delivery are preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
