SAP Project Manager

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Hybrid – 3–4 days/week from office

Experience: 10 Years in SAP

Contract Duration: 6–9 Months

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and manage SAP implementation and support projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in SAP S/4HANA, project/program management, SAP Activate methodology, stakeholder management, and managing cross-functional teams across the complete project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage SAP projects across the complete lifecycle, including Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run phases.
- Manage cross-functional SAP teams and multiple workstreams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Plan and monitor project scope, timelines, milestones, resources, risks, and deliverables.
- Manage SAP S/4HANA implementation activities, including testing, data migration, integration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, vendors, and customers.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines, quality standards, and business requirements.
- Identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations and drive them toward resolution.
- Lead customer and stakeholder meetings, project reviews, status reporting, and presentations.
- Manage global/distributed teams and onsite/offshore delivery models.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination across all project workstreams.
- Support project governance, change management, and decision-making processes.

Required Skills & Experience




- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- 10 years of overall SAP experience.
- 5 years of SAP Project/Program Management experience.
- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and project management.
- At least one complete SAP S/4HANA end-to-end implementation is highly preferred.
- Strong SAP Activate methodology knowledge.
- Experience managing SAP projects through Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run phases.
- Strong understanding of the SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle and project deliverables.
- Experience managing cross-functional SAP teams and multiple workstreams.

- Experience with project management tools such as SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Solution Manager, Jira, MS Project, or equivalent.
- Robust stakeholder and customer management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Experience working with global/distributed teams and onsite/offshore delivery models.
- Experience with SAP AMS/Support project management will also be considered.
- Knowledge of ASAP methodology is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be an experienced SAP Project/Program Manager who can independently manage complex SAP projects, coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders, and drive successful implementation or support engagements from planning through go-live and hypercare.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana
