Project Manager – Architecture & Interiors

Key Responsibilities
Develop project schedules, milestones and execution plans.
Ensure that project timelines are realistic, communicated and actively tracked.
Coordinate closely with Design, Sales, Procurement, Accounts and Execution teams.
Ensure that information, drawings, specifications and decisions flow between departments on time.
Identify dependencies between departments and ensure that they do not hold up project progress.
Conduct regular project reviews and ensure closure of pending actions.
Identifying New Vendors and ensure that procurement decisions are aligned with the project schedule.
Coordinate vendor activities and ensure timely completion of their scope.
Preparation and Monitor BOQs across projects.
Track variations, additions, deletions and scope changes.
- Ensure that commercial implications of changes are identified and communicated before execution.
