About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager - PEB / Building Construction to lead and manage building construction projects with a strong focus on Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB).

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in PEB project execution, site management, manpower/labour handling, BOQ/BOM, project planning, coordination, quality and safety, and should be capable of independently managing the complete site/project execution from start to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage and execute PEB / building construction projects at site.
- Take complete responsibility for project execution, site progress, manpower, quality, safety and timely completion.
- Plan and monitor day-to-day site activities as per project schedule and execution plan.
- Manage and direct labour, supervisors, subcontractors and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare manpower requirements and ensure optimum utilization of workforce at site.
- Monitor project progress against planned timelines and take corrective actions wherever required.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, fabrication teams and internal departments for smooth execution.
- Ensure proper understanding and execution of structural, civil and PEB-related drawings.
- Handle PEB erection, installation and site execution activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure proper sequence of activities for erection, alignment, bolting, sheeting, cladding and other PEB-related works.
- Monitor material requirements and ensure timely availability of materials at site.
- Have good working knowledge of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and BOM (Bill of Materials) and track material consumption against project requirements.
- Monitor quantity, wastage and utilization of construction/PEB materials.




- Coordinate with procurement, stores and vendors regarding material requirements and deliveries.
- Review project drawings, specifications and execution requirements before commencement of work.
- Identify site issues, technical problems and execution bottlenecks and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain daily/weekly project progress reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Monitor project cost, productivity and resource utilization.
- Ensure work is carried out as per required quality standards, safety procedures and project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure corrective actions for quality or execution-related issues.
- Ensure proper documentation of project progress, measurements, material consumption and site activities.
- Provide direction and technical guidance to the site team for efficient project execution.
- Ensure timely completion and handover of projects as per agreed schedules.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of overall experience in building construction / project execution.
- Minimum 5–6 years of strong hands-on experience in PEB projects is mandatory.
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Civil or Mechanical
- Robust knowledge of PEB structures, erection and site execution.
- Experience in independently handling construction/PEB sites.
- Strong manpower and labour management skills.
- Good knowledge of BOQ and BOM.
- Strong understanding of project planning, execution and site coordination.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability at site.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel/stay at project sites as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile: Candidates from PEB companies, structural steel companies, building construction companies will be preferred.

The candidate should be a hands-on Project Manager, rather than someone limited to planning or coordination. The person must be capable of taking ownership of the site and independently driving the project from execution through completion.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
