About the Role

Indus Ventures is looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage end-to-end building construction activities from planning to completion. The role involves managing contractors, consultants, architects, project teams, timelines, quality, costs, safety, and overall project delivery from the developer's side.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and timely delivery.
- Manage contractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, manpower, materials, and resources.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.
- Monitor project costs, contractor billing, variations, claims, and change orders.
- Conduct regular site reviews and resolve delays, risks,



and execution issues.
- Coordinate design, execution, procurement, and project teams.
- Prepare project progress reports and MIS for senior management.
- Manage contractor performance and stakeholder coordination.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.
- Lead and guide multidisciplinary project teams.

Candidate Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering – Mandatory
- 20+ years of relevant experience in building construction.
- Robust experience in developer-side project management & construction execution.
- Experience in High-Rise Residential, Commercial, Mixed-Use, or Premium/Luxury Projects.
- Strong contractor, consultant, and stakeholder management experience.
- Knowledge of project planning, cost control, contract administration, quality, and safety.
- MS Project / Primavera P6 / MS Excel preferred.
