Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Indore.

The Project

Manager will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with engineering, procurement, expediting, logistics, and inspection teams; preparing and monitoring project plans, progress reports, and risk registers; and managing contractor and vendor performance. The role involves conducting site reviews, resolving project issues, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and leadership.

Manager will also support continuous improvement in project processes and contribute to resource planning and cost control.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to track materials, equipment, and documentation, ensuring timely delivery to project sites.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to coordinate quality checks, verify compliance with specifications, and support corrective actions when required.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to organize transportation, storage, and site delivery of materials and equipment efficiently.
- Relevant experience in infrastructure, civil construction, or related sectors, preferably in highways, bridges, railways, or large development projects.
- Robust analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and on-site workforce.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; additional certification in project management (e.g., PMP or equivalent) is an advantage.
