ROLE PURPOSE The Project Manager shall have end-to-end responsibility for delivery of the assigned Data Centre Infrastructure project, from mobilisation and execution through testing, commissioning, client acceptance and final handover.

Should have Experience construction of Multi Story Building PFB and Day to day liaison with client, consultants, attending review meetings and preparation of review plan. Have to handle Budget oversights, Cost control.

The role shall lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project activities including Civil/Structural, Electrical, MEP, HVAC, Fire & Life Safety, ELV/BMS and associated infrastructure, ensuring delivery safely, on time, within approved budget, to specified quality and contractual requirements.

Over All Execution and delivery of the project with agreed scope, quality and time. Cross sectional Coordination between Design, Procurement, Execution, Client, consultant and Sub contractor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Understand project scope, contract, BOQ, drawings, specifications, milestones and client requirements and translate them into an executable project plan.
- Lead mobilisation and day-to-day project execution, ensuring appropriate manpower, contractors, equipment, materials and site infrastructure are available in line with project priorities.
- Coordinate Civil, Structural, Electrical, MEP, HVAC, Fire, ELV/BMS and other disciplines, ensuring proper sequencing and timely resolution of interfaces.
- Monitor planned vs. actual progress, critical milestones, dependencies and constraints; initiate recovery/corrective action and escalate significant risks early.
- Manage contractors/subcontractors for scope clarity,



resource deployment, productivity, quality, safety and timely completion.
- Monitor execution against approved BOQ, quantities, budget and cost plan; control material consumption, wastage, variations and additional works and ensure changes follow the approved change-control process.
- Coordinate with Procurement/Commercial for critical and long-lead materials/equipment and ensure procurement and material readiness support the project schedule.
- Ensure project execution complies with approved drawings, specifications and quality requirements; drive timely closure of inspections, NCRs, defects and punch points.
- Ensure HSE requirements are implemented across project activities and that unsafe work is corrected/stopped where necessary. Safety shall take precedence where work cannot be executed safely.
- Act as the principal day-to-day project interface with the Client, PMC/Consultants, contractors, vendors and MEPL internal functions, while keeping commitments within approved scope and delegated authority.
- Maintain concise and reliable project MIS covering progress, cost, resources, materials, quality, HSE, risks, constraints and decisions required, with clear owners and closure dates.
- Plan testing and commissioning sufficiently in advance and ensure readiness of systems, interfaces, documentation and required records.
- Drive punch-point closure, as-built drawings, O&M; manuals, warranties/guarantees, client acceptance, material/asset reconciliation, demobilisation and complete project handover.

ACCOUNTABILITY & AUTHORITY The Project Manager is accountable for day-to-day delivery and control of the assigned project within approved scope, schedule, budget, specifications and delegated authority.



The Project Manager may prioritise project activities, deploy approved resources, direct and review contractors, require correction of non-compliant work, stop/escalate unsafe work and recommend corrective actions/resource changes.

Material scope changes, major technical deviations, contractual changes and commercial commitments beyond delegated authority shall be escalated through the approved MEPL authority chain.

EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES The candidate should have 12+ years of relevant project-execution experience, preferably in Data Centre, mission-critical, MEP or large infrastructure projects, with demonstrated experience in multidisciplinary execution and contractor/client management.

Solid capability is expected in project planning & scheduling, multidisciplinary coordination, BOQ/cost awareness, procurement coordination, quality & HSE, risk/change management, testing & commissioning and project handover.

Working knowledge of MS Project / Primavera, Excel, ERP/project-management systems is desirable. PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification will be an added advantage.
