Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage interior fit-out projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and client requirements.

- Develop and maintain accurate project schedules, budgets, and reports using MS Office tools (e.g., Excel).

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-6 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management with a focus on interiors fit-outs.

- Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification required; degree preferred.

- Solid understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and fire safety standards applicable to commercial properties.
