Incresco Technology Solutions is a technology consulting company that builds AI agents and enterprise software for clients in Europe and Singapore. We deliver fixed-price projects and dedicated engineering teams on time and materials.

About the Role

As Project Manager / PMO, you will run the project management office across a portfolio of fixed-price and time-and-materials projects for multiple clients, from contract review to closure: budget, cost, utilisation, change control and client coordination. You will work closely with our engineering teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

- Contract review. Review every statement of work before signature for scope, milestones, acceptance criteria, staffing and commercial terms.
- Project management. Plan, track and close every project in the portfolio against scope, timeline and budget.
- Budget and cost control. Keep every project within budget and raise overruns as soon as they are foreseen.
- Resource utilisation. Plan allocation and track utilisation of delivery teams across projects.
- Change control. Convert new requirements into change requests, priced and approved by the client in writing before work starts.
- Dedicated teams. Monthly timesheets, client approvals and invoicing inputs for time-and-materials engagements.
- Client coordination.



Act as the single point of contact between clients and engineering after signature.
- Statements of work for existing accounts. Draft and negotiate statements of work for extensions, renewals and change requests, and start renewals 60 days before the end date.
- Process and tools. Maintain the delivery process and project management tools used by every team.
- Reporting. Weekly reporting on project health, budget, utilisation and risk.

What you bring

- 6–8 years in project or programme management in IT services, technology consulting or another services business with billable teams, or an MBA with 4+ years
- Ownership of project budgets, cost and margin
- Managing several concurrent projects across multiple clients, including resource allocation and utilisation
- Drafting or reviewing statements of work and change requests with clients
- Experience with both fixed-price and time-and-materials projects
- Excellent written and spoken English, with experience working with international clients

Preferred qualifications

- PMP, PRINCE2 or an equivalent certification
- Experience with European clients
- Experience setting up or improving a PMO process
- Salesforce or AI project delivery
