Job Summary:

- We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager to support Global Finance Transformation within the Controllership / Record-to-Report (RTR) function at ADM’s Global Capability Center (GCC) in India.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of finance and cross-functional strategic and global projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timely delivery of key outcomes. This role involves reviewing project progress, identifying risks, driving accountability, and collaborating with stakeholders across various levels of the organization to achieve project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create project charters, establish governance frameworks, identify and monitor project milestones, and highlight risks with clear mitigation plans.
- Ensure timely reporting of project progress to key stakeholders, including executive-level updates and dashboard preparation.
- Track project budgets and business cases,



ensuring that budget and ROI commitments are achieved.
- Ensure adherence to ADM standards across all deliverables and maintain strong documentation discipline across project artifacts.
- Create comprehensive and detailed project roadmaps and define RACI for each deliverable to ensure clear ownership and accountability.
- Identify opportunities for standardization and provide recommendations to improve project methodologies using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models, as appropriate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and drive measurable efficiency outcomes and informed decision-making.
- Facilitate workshops, project meetings, and cross-functional alignment sessions to ensure stakeholder prioritization and engagement.
- Drive project governance and facilitate Steering Committee meetings, where appropriate.
- Manage change impacts, support change adoption activities, and contribute to communication plans, where applicable.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully implementing continuous improvement initiatives and delivering measurable impact on process efficiency and/or cost optimization in complex organizations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent work experience preferred.




- CA / CMA / ACCA / MBA Finance qualifications are preferred.
- PMP / Scrum or other relevant project management certification is preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- Minimum 10–12 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within a Global Delivery Center / GCC environment, with exposure to finance processes.
- Minimum 3–4 years of team-handling experience.
