Key Roles and Responsibilities1.

1.Project Planningo

Define project goals and objectives.o

Develop the project plan, schedule, and budget.o

Identify required resources.2.

Team Managemento

Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.o

Motivate and guide the project team.o

Resolve conflicts and encourage collaboration.3.

Communicationo

Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the project team.o

Provide regular progress updates.o

Conduct meetings and maintain explicit communication.4.

Risk Managemento

Identify potential risks.o

Develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.o

Monitor risks throughout the project.5.

Budget and Cost Controlo

Prepare and manage the project budget.o





Track expenses and ensure the project stays within budget.o

Approve project-related expenditures when necessary.6.

Time Managemento

Create and monitor the project schedule.o
