Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce transformation programs across multiple business units.
- Manage multiple Salesforce projects and portfolios simultaneously.
- Drive program governance, planning, execution, and reporting.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and delivery teams.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, vendors, and resource allocation.
- Monitor KPIs, project health metrics, and overall program performance.
- Facilitate executive governance and steering committee meetings.
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum and SDLC best practices.
- Identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies.
- Support organizational change management and Salesforce adoption initiatives.
