Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and deliver critical projects in the domains of HT/EHV metering, substation deployment, and communication systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, coordination, execution, and timely delivery while ensuring alignment with client expectations and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate site execution, installation, erection,



testing and commissioning.
- Manage clients, vendors, contractors and internal teams.
- Monitor project timelines, materials, resources and budgets.
- Coordinate with engineering teams for drawings and technical requirements.
- Ensure quality, safety and statutory compliance.
- Identify project risks and resolve execution issues.
- Prepare project progress reports and provide updates to management.
- Coordinate with HR for technical manpower requirements.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in electrical project management.
- Strong knowledge of electrical project execution and site coordination.
- Positive communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of MS Project/Primavera is preferred.
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
