We are looking for a suitable candidate for the manufacturing of Composite insulators as per below mentioned :

1. Plant setup: Lead the current plant setup from start to finish, including plant layout, utilities, production flow and the project timeline.

2. Machinery: Evaluate supplier quotes on technical grounds, finalize the machines, and oversee installation, trial runs and commissioning.

3. Statutory approvals: Obtain and maintain all licences and approvals.

4. Product certification: Identify the IS/IEC standards that apply to each product, get type testing done.

5. Supplier development: Find and qualify suppliers.

6. Process and quality: Set process parameters, work instructions, and in-process and final testing, and build the quality control system.

7. Team building: Hire, train and lead the production, quality and maintenance teams.
