Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects within our organization. The ideal candidate combines a strong technical foundation with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, someone who can drive initiatives from conception to completion, keep cross-functional teams aligned and motivated, and manage stakeholder and customer expectations with equal skill. This role calls for a strategic thinker who is also a natural team binder, someone who proactively surfaces risks, resolves friction before it slows the team down, and holds the process together without becoming a bottleneck.

Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technical projects simultaneously, ensuring they're completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives, and develop comprehensive project plans and schedules.
- Identify and mitigate risks early , proactively flagging when a project is trending off-track rather than waiting for issues to surface on their own, and driving timely resolution.
- Act as a binding agent within the team fostering cohesion, mediating and resolving interpersonal or cross-functional conflicts, and maintaining a healthy, cooperative working environment.
- Track project progress, monitor KPIs, and provide regular, transparent updates to stakeholders on status, risks, and dependencies.
- Manage customer sentiment throughout the project lifecycle by proactively addressing concerns, managing expectations, and ensuring customers feel heard and informed.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members,



ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project resources, and timelines, adjusting as needed to optimize delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
- Follow established processes diligently, while identifying where they need refinement ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence within the project team.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Master's degree in business administration preferred.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role, managing complex technical projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Demonstrated experience managing customer sentiment and expectations, ideally in high-visibility or client-facing project settings.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, changing workplace.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of collaborating across teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong conflict-resolution skills, with experience acting as a mediating or unifying force within a team.
- Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a bias toward early risk identification and proactive escalation.
- Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Microsoft Project) for task tracking, issue management, and reporting.
- Nice to have: Experience managing data and AI/ML projects.
- PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
