Bonte Land Banking Associates is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our digital expansion, website management, and CRM initiatives.

With credibility and reliability as our primary requirements, this role requires someone who ensures our digital footprint and technology infrastructure are secure, professional, high-performing, and fully aligned with business trust. You will take complete ownership of technology and web projects from planning and requirements gathering through implementation, coordination, testing, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Website & Content Management: Lead the end-to-end management, governance, and enhancement of corporate websites and digital portals, ensuring high reliability, optimal performance, and strict content standards.
- Credibility & Trust: Ensure all digital platforms reflect institutional trust, brand integrity, and accuracy, protecting the company’s reputation online.
- CRM & Digital Transformation: Lead the planning and execution of CRM rollouts, workflow automations, and customisations.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Work closely with internal teams, technology partners, developers, external vendors, and agencies to define requirements and deliverables.
- Project Governance: Translate business requirements into clear project plans, timelines, workflows, and implementation milestones.
- Risk & Scope Management: Manage project scope, budgets, resources, dependencies, and risks while proactively removing bottlenecks.
- Testing & Deployment:



Coordinate QA, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, documentation, and post-launch improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Bridge the gap between non-technical business goals and technical execution, communicating effectively with developers and management.
- Process Standardization: Establish robust processes and documentation to ensure digital and tech projects are delivered efficiently and consistently.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience & Education: 3+ years of project management experience OR an MBA (with relevant technology/digital project exposure).
- Domain Expertise: Proven track record in managing websites, web platforms, website content management systems (CMS), CRM, SaaS, or IT digital transformation projects.
- Core Focus: Deep commitment to digital reliability, security, accuracy, and operational excellence.
- Technical Acumen: Robust understanding of project management methodologies, APIs, integrations, analytics, and software workflows.
- Vendor & Team Handling: Experience working with developers, agencies, and external implementation partners.
- Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Note: Experience in real estate or prop-tech is an advantage, but strong digital and tech project management credentials take precedence.

Remuneration: As per industry standards and commensurate with experience.
