Roles and Responsibilities :

•Managing project schedules/timelines, problem resolution progress and customer expectations to internal and external stakeholders.

•Manage and resolve project risks and issues.

•Ensuring the project is delivered in a cost effective and timely manner meeting the required quality level.

•Co-ordination with internal teams for Design, Engineering, Document approvals from Customer, Document release for manufacturing, arranging inspections / FATs and deliveries.

•Resource Planning and allocation for execution of projects including manpower, tools & tackles

•Co-ordination with customer/external agencies for approvals, inspections and clearances for the entire lifecycle of the project.

•Communications with customers for Progress Schedules, Review meetings, technical discussions, issue resolution.

•Project closure with final revisions of documents





Technical Competencies

•Hands-on experience in project management of electrical / electronic control Systems, Switchboards & Power Distribution System or Starter cum Control Systems

•Knowledge of PLCs, Controllers, electrical switchgear, electromechanical components, starters and VFDs, etc, is mandatory.

•Knowledge of various standards for components like IS, IEC, BIS, NES, Def Stan, UL, etc.

•Excellent analytical & inter-personal skills with proven ability in driving the project

•Hands-on knowledge and skills on any project related to defence domain will be an advantage

•Positive oral & written communication skills

•Knowledge of Project Management tools
