About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and experienced Project Management / Delivery Management qualified to manage day-to-day project delivery, stakeholder communication, timelines, quality, and operational execution.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with CMS platforms, JIRA, QA processes, stakeholder management, and crisis/issue management. Experience with AEM and digital/web projects will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end project/delivery management, ensuring projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.
- Plan and track project activities, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Manage project workflows and task tracking using JIRA and other project management tools.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Business, Technology, QA, Content, Design, and Operations.
- Manage CMS-based projects, ensuring content updates, releases, and deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
- Monitor project quality and work closely with QA teams to ensure defects are identified, tracked, and resolved before release.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of QA basics, testing processes, defect lifecycle, and release management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular status updates, progress reports, and escalation management.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, blockers, dependencies, and critical issues.
- Handle crisis and incident situations, coordinate resolution across teams,



and ensure timely communication to stakeholders.
- Manage project priorities and resources to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, prepare MIS/status reports, and track action items to closure.
- Ensure effective documentation of project plans, requirements, risks, decisions, and project outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement across project and delivery processes.

- Project Management / Delivery Management
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms
- Strong working knowledge of JIRA
- Understanding of QA processes and testing fundamentals

- Experience managing multiple priorities, timelines, and dependencies
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Good-to-Have Skills
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Business Analysis (BA) experience
- MS Office Suite – Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Smartsheet
- Project Management certification such as PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum / Agile certification
- Experience working on digital, web, or e-commerce projects

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 4–8 years of experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, or Digital Operations
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and client/stakeholder relationships
- Strong ownership and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling escalations, tight deadlines, and high-priority deliverables
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred
