PM USHA Mission | State Project Directorate (SPD) Positions Available: 1

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Management Consultant to support the PM USHA Mission at the State Project Directorate. The ideal candidate will drive ICT initiatives, project planning, monitoring, and coordination across Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), consultants, and stakeholders.

Qualifications (Mandatory) Graduate / Master's degree in Engineering / Information Technology / Computer Science

Experience Required (Mandatory) Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience

Communication Skills (Mandatory) Solid communication & presentation skills in both English and Hindi Ability to draft reports in both languages

Key Responsibilities Familiar with latest ICT methodologies, data modelling, and data flow analysis for information systems Capable of imparting training in workshops Understand, document, analyze, and efficiently communicate project requirements to the PM USHA Mission In-charge at SPD Assist in identifying ICT initiatives as part of the Government Process Reengineering exercise Prepare an overall project plan and schedule with proper detailing,



ensuring all key activities are identified and linked Enable time-bound monitoring of progress; flag potential issues/risks early Plan interventions with the Department of Higher Education, SPD, PM USHA Mission, consultants, and colleges to keep project deliverables on track Update implementation and progress plans as required Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure compliance with agreed timelines Hold regular meetings with HEIs, other consultants, and stakeholders Proactively inform DHE/SPD of potential delays, cost overruns, or non-compliances, and recommend corrective measures Handle any other assignments not specifically mentioned in the Terms of Reference (ToR)

Mandatory Technical Skills Knowledge of computerized database platforms Experience with computerized front-end languages Experience using project performance & impact indicators Good hands-on experience in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
