The company enables pharmaceutical, medical device, and diagnostics organizations to transform product commercialization and improve healthcare outcomes worldwide. /n /n Job Title- Project Lead/Manage, Patient Predictive Analytics /n /n Location: Gurgaon / Noida / Bangalore / Pune / Hyderabad /n /n Job Summary : /n /n Responsible for data science solutioning (predictive analytics, clustering, segmentation, lookalike modelling), augmenting patient journey analysis and working with anonymized patient-level data. Acts as an expert in Patient and Predictive Analytics, guiding and leading teams supporting pharma clients. /n /n Key Responsibilities : /n /n - Manage client/onshore stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. /n /n - Collaborate with project managers to define algorithms, break down problems, and run analyses. /n /n - Deliver high-quality analytics solutions/reports in client-ready formats. /n /n - Scope projects, design solutions, execute, and communicate findings. /n /n - Contribute to Axtria tools and capabilities. /n /n - Participate in hackathons, solution design, and process automation. /n /n - Communicate effectively with clients and onshore teams.



/n /n Requirements : /n /n /n - 4-9 years of experience in Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences domain. /n /n - Expertise in Data Science/ML algorithms, predictive analytics, clustering, segmentation, lookalike modelling, statistical models /n /n - Experience with advanced analytics across patient journey (line of therapy, switch analysis, segmentation, adherence, patient identification, etc.). /n /n - Expertise in commercial pharmaceutical analytics (HCP, payer, patient analytics). /n /n - Solid logical reasoning, structuring of analysis, problem-solving. /n /n - Skills in data visualization, story-telling and reporting. /n /n Qualifications : /n /n Bachelors/Masters in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, Technology, Pharmacy, Management /n /n Must-Have Skills : /n /n - Expertise in pharma real-world data (APLD, EMR, prescription, specialty pharmacy). /n /n - Experience in statistical modelling and AI/ML tools (Python, PySpark, Databricks). /n /n - Algorithms - XGBoost, AdaBoost, Random Forest, K-means, etc. /n /n Nice-to-Have Skills : /n /n - Experience in Deep Learning (Python, PySpark, Keras, TensorFlow).
