Project Lead - Water & Wastewater EPC Projects

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Lead to manage end-to-end execution of Water & Wastewater Treatment EPC projects, including WTP, ETP, STP, Recycle & Reuse, RO, UF, Desalination, and ZLD Plants. The role involves project planning, engineering coordination, contract management, site execution, commissioning, and customer relationship management while ensuring delivery within budget, timeline, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead EPC project execution from kick-off to commissioning and handover.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Review engineering deliverables including PFDs, P&IDs;, layouts, equipment sizing, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with Process, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation teams.
- Handle contract administration, cost control, claims, variations, and commercial negotiations.




- Oversee site activities, installation, testing, commissioning, and performance validation.
- Interface with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive operational excellence, quality compliance, and safety culture.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 15+ years of experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment EPC projects.
- Solid knowledge of WTP, ETP, STP, RO, UF, Desalination, and ZLD technologies.
- Experience in project planning, commissioning, contract management, and commercial controls.
- Hands-on experience with MS Project/Primavera.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
