Job Summary The Project Lead is responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of commercial interior fit-out and construction projects. The role will lead project teams, coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal departments, and ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements. The candidate will provide technical and managerial leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and mobilisation through execution, handover, and closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end execution of commercial interior fit-out and construction projects.
- Develop project execution plans, schedules, milestones, resource requirements, and delivery strategies.
- Monitor project progress against approved timelines, budgets, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
- Lead and coordinate Civil, MEP, Design, QS, Procurement, QA/QC, EHS, and Site teams.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, architects, consultants, and senior management.
- Review and approve project plans, drawings, method statements, material submittals, and technical documentation as required.
- Monitor project costs, BOQ, variations, billing, procurement, and resource utilisation.
- Identify project risks, delays, technical issues, and commercial concerns and ensure timely corrective action.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide project status updates and MIS reports to senior management.
- Ensure effective coordination between civil, architectural and MEP services.
- Ensure execution is in accordance with approved drawings, specifications,



quality standards, and applicable codes.
- Coordinate with QA/QC and EHS teams to ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and other project resources.
- Review contractor performance and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Manage client requirements, changes, variations, approvals, and project-related escalations.
- Drive timely resolution of site and technical issues to minimise project delays.
- Oversee snagging, testing, commissioning, handover, and project closure activities.
- Maintain appropriate project documentation, records, reports, approvals, and correspondence.
- Mentor and guide project managers, engineers, supervisors, and other project team members.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination across all project stakeholders.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.

Qualifications & ExperienceEducation

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Construction Management / Project Management is preferred.

Experience
- 12–15 years of relevant experience in project management and execution.
- Solid experience in commercial interior fit-out, construction, corporate office, retail, hospitality, or similar projects.
- Proven experience managing projects from pre-construction/planning through execution and final handover.




- Experience managing large project teams, contractors, consultants, vendors, and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, cost monitoring, procurement, quality, and resource management.
- Experience handling multiple projects or large-scale projects simultaneously is preferred.

Travel Requirements Regular travel to project sites is required based on project location and project requirements.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per year
